Participants must have a combined annual household income of at least $40,000, be fully employed or retired or have proof of a continued source of income. You must be over the age of 25 and be permanent United States residents. You must be credit worthy with a FICO score of at least 600. A 90 minute timeshare sales presentation (on the day of your check out) is required. If married, cohabitating or engaged, both persons must attend. . Singles are welcome, but must document that they are single and meet the income qualifications on their own. All adults that check-in must attend the 90 minute timeshare presentation. This written letter of confirmation and your check in letter (received at time of check in) will be required at the time of your presentation and the person(s) named must attend the timeshare sales presentation. Current resort members, employees and their families, and previous participants under this program are not eligible. This offer applies to parties of two adults and their children in a one-bedroom villa type accommodation and occupancy cannot exceed 4 persons. Additional accommodations can be provided for respondent's immediate family for an additional charge. One offer per family; no groups. A major credit card is required at check-in for phone and hotel charge privileges. Should you fail to qualify for the promotion or all adults not attend the timeshare sales presentation, the charge of the standard retail value of the accommodations plus any 'Fun Bucks' used will apply., up to $650.00. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your reservations up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date for a $50 fee. You may only reschedule one time. To reschedule, you will need to select a new arrival date that is within 6 months of your original scheduled arrival date. This package expires 6 months from the originally scheduled arrival date. If you do not check-in on your scheduled arrival date without a minimum 48-hour, verifiable notice, you will be subject to a 'No Show' fee equal to a one-night-charge of up to $150. This rate is based on the current room-night cost and is used to cover the cost of the unoccupied room for the first night. No changes will be permitted within 48 hours of the arrival date. All sales are final, no refunds once purchased.
Restrictions and Limitation: Reservations are subject to availability. Multiple families or couples who know each other, traveling as a group and staying in separate accommodations under separate packages are not allowed to participate in this offer at the same time.
